This project was designed to introduce a New Retail and Residential "Mixed Use" Three Story Project to Downtown Blairsville, GA. The first two floors were designed to serve Retail/Office tenants with the third floor providing four Residential “loft” units. The Residential Lofts were designed to have balconies and with views of the Historic Courthouse, and the beautiful mountains of North Georgia. The project was designed to contribute to the historic Downtown Blairsville's 'Central Core', centered on the "Old" Courthouse, and promote a “Business Center” to this unique mountain town of Blairsville.

New 20,000SF Replacement Church Project, This project was a result of the widening and improvements to HWY 515 through Blairsville, GA and east. The existing church property was purchased by GDOT resulting in the need for the replacement project, approximately a quarter mile west.

The new facility provides a 350-seat sanctuary as well as a new fellowship hall and support classrooms and offices. The character and design approach was to utilize the existing building design as a palate and utilize a steel building main structural frame to reduce costs.
